Leyland Society Gathering - 2016

The Leyland Society held a annual Gathering to enable members and enthusiasts of Leyland vehicles to meet and exhibit their vehicles.

The very well presented FT1 Pump Escape ex Borough of Wisbech. Chassis number 1612 first registered July 1932.   The Leyland Eight being thoroughly investigated by Mike Sutcliffe – What? No passengers.

A lovely pair of Ribble vehicles, the Lion on the left and the Tiger Cub purred like a kitten.   A very well presented Octopus in its very smart livery of two tone blue.

Another Octopus that barely got its engine warm attending this year’s event that attracted over 4,000 visitors.   A faithful supporter of Society gatherings this immaculately loaded London Brick Comet 90 owned by David Wigglesworth.
